Instructions for Writing a Yelp Review

1. Visit www.yelp.com.

2. At the top of the page, there will be two search boxes. In the first box, enter Dr. Alysa Herman. In the second box, enter Coral Gables‚ Florida and click the "Search" button.

3. Click Dr. Alysa Herman to visit their page.

4. Click the "Write a Review" button.

5. Select a quality score and write your review in the text box below.

6. Click the red "Sign Up and Post" button.

7. Here you may sign up for a Yelp account or click the "Log In Now" button if you already have one.
